Wisego.ai (“Wisego”, “we”, “us”) is a software company building OpsPilot — the AI Control Plane for enterprise infrastructure. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information collected through wisego.ai and the limited interactions we offer prior to general availability.
When you apply to early access, request a Founding Partner conversation, or contact us, you provide identifiers (name, work email), professional context (company, role, environment size), and the content of your message. We also collect minimal technical metadata (request IP, user-agent, referrer, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.
We use this information to evaluate fit, respond to your inquiry, and prepare the early-access experience. We do not sell personal data. We do not use your data to train general-purpose AI models, ours or anyone else’s.
Application data is stored on infrastructure provided by reputable cloud and security vendors operating under industry-recognized certifications. Access is restricted to authorized members of the Wisego team on a need-to-know basis.
We retain early-access and contact records for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry and to operate the Founding Partner program — and as required by applicable law. You may request deletion at any time by writing to contact@wisego.ai.
Subject to applicable law, you have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of personal information you have provided. To exercise these rights, write to contact@wisego.ai. We will respond within a reasonable timeframe.
wisego.ai uses only the minimum cookies required for security and core site functionality. We do not deploy advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Should we add product analytics in the future, this policy will be updated and a notice posted.
